I’d like to change my health insurance company. What do I have to do?

You can change your health insurance company,
for example because another health insurance company is cheaper.

What can you change?

• Basic insurance
• The type of insurance
• The excess

• Cancel your health insurance policy by 15 November
  to make sure there’s plenty of time.

• Register with your new health insurance provider.
  Send your registration by 15 December.
  That should give you plenty of time.

• Basic insurance: Send in your cancellation by 15 November.
• Type of insurance: Send in your cancellation by 15 November.
• Excess: Let your health insurance company know by 15 November.
